CAEP Adult Learners Metric Definition Dictionary (MDD) for 1.1 Release

The Metric Definition Dictionary for all metrics available for the CAEP Adult Learners. Detailed tables are provided for each metric including data sources, data elements, and pseudo code for both the CASAS TOPSPro data set for K12 Adult Education providers and Chancellor's Office MIS data sets.
