The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office Student Equity and Achievement Program team invites you to join an extended Student Equity Plan (SEP) and DataVista webinar. This session will review data corrections identified over the past year to support student success metric usage across the field.

In this webinar, we will cover:

• DI status updates: Data corrections may shift which student groups are identified as disproportionately impacted.

• Fraud-related corrections: Updates primarily affect a limited set of metrics, resulting in changes to reported rates.

• Multiple values reported and fraud combined effects: Multiple corrections together led to DI status changes at many colleges, typically limited to one or two groups.

• UC Transfer Data Impact: Revised transfer data leads to adjustments in transfer counts and related outcome rates. 

Colleges are not required to make updates to their 2025-28 SEP; however, they may choose to do so. Available options will be reviewed during the webinar.
