Upload your data via the Data Exchange

The Data Exchange supports required data submission for the K–12 Strong Workforce Program, which funds local educational agencies to develop, enhance, and expand high-quality career technical education (CTE) pathways aligned with workforce needs.

In accordance with Education Code reporting requirements, all funded local educational agencies must submit annual data to measure program impact, ensure accountability, and support continuous improvement.

Please note: Beginning July 1, 2026, the Chancellor's Office will no longer accept data submissions through Cal-PASS Plus. All submissions must be completed through the Data Exchange.

What you can do here:

• Upload CALPADS files
• Check status of files by school
• Upload and monitor for current and previous years
