335C: All Cohort Students Who Earned Their First Associate Degree for Transfer

Units earned while a student was enrolled as a special admit (dual enrollment) will be included in the sum of units accumulated for this metric
Since enrollment is not required in the selected year when a student earns the associate degree, demographic info is used from the most recent term of enrollment at the institution level anywhere in the system regardless of whether or not that is the same college where the student earned the ADT. For gender and ethnicity, if the most recent enrollment is in the same term at different institutions and there is conflicting information, then assign the student to the "multiple values reported" category. For the 2022-23 build, the "multiple values reported" subgroup will be calculated but always suppressed. Since students in that subgroup are more likely to have conflicting student records, there is the possibility that results for multiple students are aggregated into one student especially when a regional or statewide selection is made, values are possibly inflated for that subgroup.
122C First-time General Admit Cohort Students who met the following criteria:
Earned an associate degree for transfer
SP02 IN (A, S)
AND flagged as an associate degree for transfer (AA-T or AS-T) in the 12.19.23 COCI ADT file at the selected college
WHERE [AAT_AST Column IS IN (A,S) AND
ControlNumber found in ControlNumber Column]
AND at the selected college
AND for the first time in the system without requirement of enrollment in the year that the award was earned
WHERE GI03 is the first time without requirement for enrollment in the selected year
AND at any time up to and including the end of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th year following the first term of entry in the cohort with preceding summer term enrollment treated like fall term enrollment
WHERE GI03 is 2,3,4,6 years after first term of General Admit credit enrollment for 2,3,4,6 year cohort timeframes
122C2 is any time from the first term of General Admit credit enrollment to 2 years later WHERE YY5 is same as YY7 and YY6 is same as YY8
122C3 is any time from the first term of General Admit credit enrollment to 3 years later WHERE YY5 is same as YY7 and YY6 is same as YY8
122C4 is any time from the first term of General Admit credit enrollment to 4 years later WHERE YY5 is same as YY7 and YY6 is same as YY8
