613C (2,3,4,6): Average Number of Semester Units Accumulated by All First-Time in the System Associate Degree Earners in the Cohort
Among students in the selected student journey who earned an associate degree in the selected timeframe for the first time in the system, the average number of semester units in the California community college system earned up to and including the year the student earned their first degree within the 2, 3, 4, or 6 year cohort timeframe

Incomplete grades are included in Course Success and Completed Transfer Level Math and English in the District in the First Year, but are not included in Earned Nine or More Career Education Units Within the District in a Single Year, Successfully Completed Unit Thresholds in Fall Term, Successfully Completed Unit Thresholds in the Selected Year, and Average Number of Units Accumulated by Associate Degree Earners, due to how the underlying data elements are constructed.
Units include concurrent enrollment credits and basic skills courses
Students are only counted once toward the college average even if they earn more than one degree
Per the MIS DED for SX03, by eliminating 8888 and 9999 values for SX03, the following sections are excluded:

AND at any time up to and including the end of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th year following the first term of entry in the cohort with preceding summer term enrollment treated like fall term enrollment
WHERE GI03 is 2,3,4,6 years after first term of General Admit credit enrollment for 2,3,4,6 year cohort timeframes
613C2 is any time from the first term of General Admit credit enrollment to 2 years later WHERE YY5 is same as YY7 and YY6 is same as YY8
613C3 is any time from the first term of General Admit credit enrollment to 3 years later WHERE YY5 is same as YY7 and YY6 is same as YY8
613C4 is any time from the first term of General Admit credit enrollment to 4 years later WHERE YY5 is same as YY7 and YY6 is same as YY8
