This document is provided along with the baseline year and expanded all year csv files to each district through Data on Demand. It is to help with interpretation of the csv files for the final year of the 2025-28 SEP plans.

COLA Table for 2023-24 Data

All earnings data displayed are adjusted for inflation using the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all Urban Consumer values extracted from the California Department of Finance website. A California CPI is calculated by the California Department of Finance as a population-weighted average of the Bureau of Labor Statistics published local area CPIs. California CPI used is from the Fiscal Year Averages from 1950-51.
