Integration of 2023 Report Year Data into NOVA for 2025-28 SEP

This document describes the integration of the 2023 Report Year data into NOVA as the Baseline Year to begin planning for 2025-28 Student Equity Achievement Plans (SEP). It explains the subset of DI groups from the 2023 SEP data delivered through Data on Demand that are included for 2025-28 SEP planning in NOVA. It also describes the additional columns included in NOVA to eliminate DI versus fully close equity gaps.
