In community colleges, Participants in ASE are those who enrolled in one or more noncredit courses that were CB21 level A, B, or C in English, math, or reading or noncredit courses in the Secondary Education (Grades 9 ) 12) and G.E.D. TOP code and have 12 or more positive attendance hours in any combination of CAEP programs.
