The team also recognizes that the language used may not resonate with all identities of your learners or providers. The demographic groups and language in Data Vista for the CAEP Adult Learners are the terms used to collect data by WIOA, IPEDS, and / or the Chancellor's Office Management Information System. If your institution has access to data that further disaggregates demographic groups to better align with the identities and language used by your learners, we encourage you to explore your data at that level.

If value is unknown/unreported or multiple values are reported then categorize into those

200A students who met the following criteria:
Enrolled in the selected year
WHERE GI03 is within the selected year
AND grouped by Ethnicity as recorded in the last term of enrollment
AND (STD10 IN (A, B, H, N, P, W, T, X)
Allowing "Hispanic/Latino" to supersede any other selection
OR STD10 = H
Allowing self-reported Filipino students to be included for Statewide reporting purposes
OR (STD10 not in (H, T) and substring(SB29, 13, 1) = Y)
OR Grouping students within a separately resolved "Multiple Values Reported" category if conflicting information exists for the student across all locale levels
