419A students who met the following criteria:
Identify first time student enrolls in any AE program (Year 1)
MIN_AE(GI03) is the FIRST TIME each student enrolls in any major Adult Ed program at any institution either in TE or COMIS
AND Calculate time to complete transfer level math in years for each participant and find the mean value for all participants reaching this transition
AND (Selected Year - Year 1) for each student
AND calculate mean value for all Participants successfully completing a transfer-level math course for the first time
AND count students at any institution where they are an 202A student
