AND (State Course Code BETWEEN 4000 AND 5999 OR
State Course Code BETWEEN 7000 AND 8999)
AND in the selected year
AND took a course that counted for early college credit, work-based learning or third-party certification
AND Course Section Instructional Level Code IN (16, 23, 24)
Up to and including the selected year
AND SCSC Academic Year ID <= SENR Academic Year ID
AND with a final grade of C- or higher
AND Student Course Final Grade in ('A+','A','A-','B+','B','B-','C+','C','C-',’P’)
