AND [SP02 is NOT IN (A, S, B, L, T, F, L, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, Y, Z)
WHERE GI03 is within the selected year]
AND did not transfer to a four-year postsecondary institution in the selected year
WHERE student enrollment not found in segment [(CSU, UC, ISP, OOS) AND tfr_in_inst_type = 4] in the selected academic year from 07/01 of the trailing year to 06/30 of the leading year
