AND MIN_(GI03) is the FIRST TIME each student enrolls in any course on any TOP code as a general admit (GA) student
AND meets one of the following enrollment criteria [
EITHER has a minimal credit enrollment in the system
AND [SXD3 >=0.5 units at the selected college in the selected year
OR has 12 positive attendance hours in the selected year in noncredit courses
OR WHERE [CB04 = N
AND CB03 NOT IN (493009, 493014)
AND SUM (SX05) ≥ 12 at the selected college
