Number of unduplicated students who earned locally issued certificates or certificates not approved by the Chancellor’s Office on the selected TOP code in the selected year and who were enrolled in the same district in the selected year where and when the student earned the award

To align to the SCFF definition for completion, the student has to be enrolled in the selected year at any college in the district.
Students who have earned multiple certificates are counted once and deduplicated
Excludes other credit awards under six units (SP02 = O)
122SW Students who met all of the following criteria:
Earned a locally issued certificate or certificate not approved by the Chancellor’s Office at the selected college
AND SP02 IN (E)
AND awarded on a valid TOP code
AND CB03 is a valid TOP code in the Taxonomy of Programs manual
AND in the selected year
WHERE GI03 is within the selected year
AND with a record in the Student Enrollment Data Elements (SX) file in the selected year on any valid TOP code in the district
AND [Has a value in the Student Enrollment Data Elements (SX) file
WHERE GI03 is within the selected year in the district AND
CB03 is any valid TOP code in the Taxonomy of Programs manual]
