206A (E): Students with Noncredit Enrollment Only in Non-Adult Education Program Courses Who Received Noncredit Services

, Note: Due to the continued challenges noncredit community college institutions have faced in reporting student attendance hours for noncredit distance education courses, the hour threshold requirement in this metric is not enforced for noncredit community college students during spring 2020 and all terms in 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, or 2023-24. An enrollment record in an adult education program is used as a proxy for the hour threshold component of this metric during the timeframe., Among all Reportable Individuals (200A), the number who had one or more hours of instruction only in noncredit courses that are NOT within an adult education program area and received noncredit support services.

This metric is intended to capture students from the COMIS dataset that were included as Reportable Individuals (200A) because they received support services, but were not captured in 201A (Students with an Enrollment in an Adult Education Program Who Received Services) or 205A (Students without an Enrollment Who Received Services) because they only had enrollments in noncredit courses that are not in an adult education program area.
The CASAS dataset only includes students with enrollments in adult education programs who may or may not have received support services, and students that received support services without an enrollment. Therefore, they are not included in this metric. Please see 201A (Students with an Enrollment in an Adult Education Program Who Received Services) or 205A (Students without an Enrollment Who Received Services) for service-students captured from the CASAS dataset.
