Among students in the Special Admit first-time cohort, the percentage who successfully completed 12 or more degree-applicable units through dual enrollment by the time they graduated from high school

The Special Admit cohort and this metric will be added to the SSM cohort view in the 2023-24 build of the SSM dashboard
Includes special admit enrollments at all community colleges for each student
This metric would not capture any units earned through local agreements that are not captured in the Chancellor’s Office MIS system
Per the MIS DED for SX03, by eliminating 8888 and 9999 values for SX03, the following sections are excluded:
225D All first-time Special Admit cohort students who met all of the following criteria:
Successfully completed degree-applicable credit courses at any college through dual enrollment 12 or more semester units at any college eliminating 8888 and 9999 values at the course level through dual enrollment
AND [SUM (SX03) for those courses when enrolled as a special admit as defined above ≥ 12 units completed at any college
AND at any time up to and including the graduation year
WHERE GI03 ≤ each student’s graduation year]
AND count students at any college where enrolled as a 225D student
225D All Special Admit students in the first-time cohort
