Enrolled in a CSU, UC or any private or public in-state or out-of-state four-year institution
OR WHERE (segment IS IN (CSU, UC, ISP, OOS)
AND tfr_in_inst_type = 4 in the transfer bucket)
AND at any time up to and including the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th year following the student’s HS graduation year
WHERE GI03 is 1,2,3,4,6 years after HS graduation for 1,2,3,4,6 year cohort timeframes
650D1 is any time from HS graduation to 1 year later
650D2 is any time from HS graduation to 2 years later
650D3 is any time from HS graduation to 3 years later
650D4 is any time from HS graduation to 4 years later
650D6 is any time from HS graduation to 6 years later]
