The Special Admit cohort and this metric will be added to the SSM cohort view in the 2023-24 build of the SSM dashboard
Includes special admit enrollments at all community colleges for each student
225D All first-time special admit cohort students who met the following criteria:
Enrolled in the selected college as a general admit student where they were a first-time dual enrollment student
Has a value in the Student Enrollment Data Elements (SX) file
WHERE SB15 IN (1,2,3,5,X)
And were enrolled as a general admit student after their last term enrolled as a special admit student
AND MINIMUM General Admit TERM_ID > MAXIMUM Special Admit TERM_ID
AND at any time up to and including the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th year following the student’s graduation year
WHERE GI03 is 1,2,3,4,6 years after graduation for 1, 2,3,4,6 year cohort timeframes
642D1 is any time from graduation to 1 year later
642D2 is any time from graduation to 2 years later
642D3 is any time from graduation to 3 years later
642D4 is any time from graduation to 4 years later
642D6 is any time from graduation to 6 years later
