The number of full-time equivalent students generated in courses in the TOP code in the selected year that is not the same methodology used in calculating FTES for CCFS-320 report.

  • Methodology used is not the same methodology used in calculating FTES for the CCFS-320 report
  • Per the educational code, one FTE is 525 contact hours. However, these are not official FTES data and should not be used to determine apportionment.
  • If "Total Hours" cannot be derived because data is missing or set to "Unknown/Unreported", the enrollments are not included.
  • For each TOP code in the selected institution(s), the unique FTES for all 122SW Students:

    Sum enrollment positive attendance hours and divide by 525
    Sum of SXD4 divided by 525
    AND remove missing or unknown values
    AND SXD4 < 1000
    AND in the selected program area
    AND CB03 is the selected valid TOP code in the Taxonomy of Programs manual
    AND count students at any college and on any TOP code where a student took 0.5 or more units or noncredit courses in the selected year
